This is a major residential scheme on behalf of our client for a gateway site in Luton.  The 11 storey building offers 67 one and two bedroom homes for market rent.

It was vital we showed proper respect for the old former chapel next door and the planners were complementary about how we had achieved that.

The scheme will see the demolition of a disused two storey building on the .12h site, to provide new public realm, street frontage and a terraced rooftop design.
