    Bevington Developments

Liverpool City Council has granted planning consent to our 350,000 sq ft development of 1,019 student flats, on a derelict site opposite John Moores University’s Byrom Street campus.

Our design provides 1,019 bedrooms split into 169 studios and 123 cluster apartments, in four blocks ranging between eight and 16-storeys. The scheme on the Bevington Bush site has been proposed by our client Bevington developments, led by Director Greg Malouf, an Australian Developer.

Work on the scheme will commence in late summer so that it can be completed in time for the start of the academic year.

“The quality of the amenities, design and fit-out are exceptionally high. There will be nothing like this in the UK and it will help attract more overseas students to Liverpool. We've seen that parents are willing to pay a premium for higher quality accommodation so we're going to raise the bar with this project.”

Greg Malouf, Managing Director, Bevington developments

The blocks will be arranged around central gardens and the scheme’s exterior landscaping has been designed to link with Jamworks, a neighbouring student accommodation scheme to the South, to provide a route between the two developments.

Residents’ amenities include a gym, shop, bar, yoga retreat garden, communal lounges and a private cinema.
