Today three 39-, 33- and 27-storey towers for residential, office and commercial space have been granted planning approval. Developer Elliot Group has won consent to build a three-tower housing complex off Leeds Street.
The towers will consist of 1,002 residential units, along with commercial units occupying a two-storey podium which frames the entrance to the development. Office units are also proposed on the second floor of one of the towers including parking: 141 spaces, along with cycling facilities. The tallest tower in this new cluster will become the city’s third-tallest building, formally known as Infinity.
