A five-storey start-up business incubator has been given the go-ahead by Warrington Borough Council to kick start the town’s Stadium Quarter development.
A joint venture between the borough council and developers, Iliad, the incubator building has a gross internal area of 50,000 sq ft, and will include office and research space to a range of new businesses.
This will be a prestige building within an important mixed-use development, and our choice of high quality stone and glass elevations, together with a double-height glazed entrance lobby to reflect this. The building will be constructed on the site of the former Dallam Day Centre on Dallam Lane and forms part of the wider Stadium Quarter masterplan for the area to include residential, retail and leisure facilities.
