For the fourth consecutive year Falconer Chester Hall is working closely with RIBA North to deliver it’s mentoring programme.
For the 2019/20 academic year the FCH Academy has pledged to mentor ten students, eight students will be matched with mentors from the practice’s head office in Liverpool and two students will be matched with a mentor from the Manchester office.
The RIBA North mentoring programme aims to enrich the students’ university experience and provide an insight in to the working life of an architect.
The FCH Academy is an internal initiative and provides an internal programme that is committed to staff development and collaboration with universities to facilitate the transition between education and architecture in practice.
Rob Brym, Associate Director and head of the FCH Academy said, “we are delighted to be involved in the RIBA mentoring programme. We are supporting the next generation of talented architects to drive our profession forward, it is great to see the students grow and develop during their journey on the programme”.
