Renshaw Hall, a combination of apart-hotel rooms and student accommodation will make up a new development approved by Liverpool City Council. Our design for NR Capricornus, part of the Niveda Realty group based in London will see the demolition of an existing building and includes two blocks of eight storeys and one of six, comprising 52 serviced apartments and a total of 320 units of student accommodation split between 28 self-contained studios and 34 cluster rooms with communal facilities.
