Planning approval achieved for high quality residential scheme on Upper Pitt Street. The project will develop a vacant city centre site providing 48 no. apartments with associated resident’s facilities including: cycle storage, gym, entrance lobby, private courtyard and resident’s terrace. The scheme includes a fully ‘animated’ facade incorporating sliding aluminium screens.
