On behalf of Niveda Group, Falconer Chester Hall, has been granted permission for three residential blocks of between nine and 19 storeys at Bevington Bush in Liverpool city centre. The one-acre site, formerly a Tannery, is currently occupied by a disused warehouse and an office, both of which will be demolished. The development will deliver 381 apartments and a 50-space car park and a retail unit. This application was a resubmission of an earlier application which was approved in May 2016. This proposal sought consent for a bigger development with larger flats.
