Great news as our design within the Lark Lane Conservation Area gains approval by Liverpool Planners. This £10m Aigburth Road scheme, being brought forward by developer Vinco Group, will see 60 new apartments created and will see the retention and conversion of an existing villa, and the construction of a new apartment building on the site of a former coach house and stables.
