Ribble Building

The site lies within the Lord Street Conservation area in Southport, Liverpool. The currently vacant Ribble Building was formerly part of the Southport – Crosby – Liverpool Railway, and later, a bus station.

It is widely visible with a central landmark clock tower, making a significant contribution to the streetscape.

The proposals are to refurbish the existing building and extend the rear of the property with a substantial new build extension; upgrading the property into a 2/3 star, 101 bedroom hotel, with a restaurant and 2 retail units, allowing for the re-occupation of a significant landmark building.
