SKY Call Centre

Falconer Chester Hall were initially commissioned by Portal to examine the feasibility of expanding Sky’s current call centre by re-organising the internal spaces.

It became apparent that there was the potential to create a much more pleasant internal environment, with natural lighting brought into the heart of the building, and improved social facilities to improve staff retention.

Additionally, Falconer Chester Hall also designed a new frontage to what was essentially a tin shed, sitting amongst other drab industrial units. Our design gave the building its own identity and presence, creating more of a workplace feel, with vibrant colours reflecting Sky’s own branding.
