Our proposals for Wrexham seek to create a comprehensive redevelopment and a new sense of place on the southern outskirts of Wrexham town centre.

The scheme provides a high quality, high density development combining residential, retail, commercial and hotel accommodation underpinned by a new public realm. By focusing development around a new public square we hope to create a series of spaces with their own identity and yet stitching the development into the fabric of Wrexham Town .

Islington Regeneration Company is proposing a radical and comprehensive redevelopment that will deliver new public spaces, innovative and exceptional architecture creating a quarter with a distinctive personality and sense of place in the heart of Liverpool. The proposals will build on the areas established strengths and its superb accessibility to create 450,000 sq ft offices/industrial space, 150,000 sq ft of shops/showrooms, 25,000 sq ft leisure space, 450 homes, a hotel, student village, car parks and public squares.

Bold Street

End of terrace commercial and retail schemes on one of Liverpool’s busiest streets. The building addresses a square tying in with the entrance to FACT cinema and features a series of vertical fins, shading from solar penetration to the West. The use of bold colours reflects the diverse range of businesses that occupy Bold Street and the wider Ropewalks area.
