Grange Road East sits in a very visible position at the intersection of the Mersey Tunnel approach road and the flyover to the south. The scheme provides 2,748 sqm of new build office accommodation and 29 parking spaces over six storeys and has been constructed in juts 12 months for a contract value of £4.2m by Felton Construction. The building features a high quality copper and natural stonework cladding and clear storey silicon jointed glazing.

Upper Richmond Road is situated in East Putney, London. The mixed-use development will provide residential units with a proportion being affordable housing, flexible office space, basement car parking spaces and cycle spaces. At the heart of the scheme is a central courtyard that brings a strong focus to the public realm, and offers a key space for gathering. The design has sought to reduce energy use through passive design; CHP is incorporated to provide energy cleanly and photovoltaic panels are incorporated on the roof to generate renewable energy.

The Observatory is the flagship building of Liverpool’s Queen Square masterplan constructed for Neptune Developments. The building includes commercial office space over five floors and provides a stunning panorama towards the gateway entrance to the city from the north and across the Liverpool skyline towards Wirral. The stunning glass and steel curved facades were acknowledged through the award for Liverpool Building of the Year 2000.
