Today three 39-, 33- and 27-storey towers for residential, office and commercial space have been granted planning approval. Developer Elliot Group has won consent to build a three-tower housing complex off Leeds Street. The development will be the third tallest building in the city, formally known as Infinity.

Another good day for FCH at Liverpool Planning Committee with over 1,700 student bedrooms approved on two sites –  Norton Street and Skelhorne street.  Both clients, Anwyl Construction Company limited & Unite Students respectively are indicating that they want to move onto site quickly.

We have had another successful morning at Liverpool planning committee with 500 apartments approved at two of our landmark tower schemes. The Lexington – a 34 storey tower on Princes Dock and The X1 Tower – a 25 storey tower at the Sefton St / Upper Parliament St junction.
